Orders placed by users can be made subject to approval by a supervisor, purchasing agent, etc. The sales representative can help you to create approval plans, including assigning approvers and setting rules.
If an order is placed, the approver will receive an email of approving the order request with a link.
The user can view and approve (or reject) the order via the link.
